CNC Fabric Cutting, Non-Toxic, Cut Large Patterns & Repeats
Laser seals the edge of synthetic fabric BUT a disadvantage is that it can be toxic as it burns the edges and creates an unpleasant smell for a long time.
This is why CNC fabric cutting is ideal:
CNC textile cutting is the perfect solution for vinyl or vinyl compositions such as PVC. Leathers, felt, and wool are best cut with CNC as with laser they burn and have large heat zone effects.
If it’s fabric, we can cut it ‒ even specialist extra width, heavy density fabrics. We can manipulate almost any fabric in the world accurately, fast, and repeatedly. Moreover, we can sew your vision into a beautifully finished reality.
Located in New York City. You can pick up your order or have it shipped. We provide accurate service times and fast turnaround times.
Large fabric can easily be cut using our fabric cutting bed (72 inches x 4.5 yards) – which is the largest CNC fabric cutting bed in the US.
If it’s a delicate pattern for a subtle application or a repeat that is bold, we can cut it or perforate it for you.
Aside from CNC Cutting we offer other fabric manipulations such as:
We have a CMT division as well, making us your one-stop, cutting-edge CMT studio.

The CNC machine draws the fabric onto the cutting bed for tensionless cutting up to 8cm of plies. It works off CAD software and it is up to 10 times faster than manual cutting.
When the cutting or piercing is done, we can sew up your finished product. All fabrics, all patterns, all applications.
We can digitize any pattern or recreate your patterns. If you have an oversized pattern we can digitize this as well using Cadshot digitizing.
This service ‘kisses’ the topmost layer of the texture without piercing an attached textile. The ‘kissed’ shape is removed and the revealed negative shape and color creates your effect.
HTV is used to decorate apparel, bags, and soft products. HTV uses heat and pressure to bind the design to the fabric. There is a wide range of HTV products to choose from when decorating fabric.
Yes and no. Some heat-sensitive fabrics will have a heat effect zone or may shrink back from the cutting edge. This may be an effect you want to incorporate in your fabric. Traditionally, we advise the use of CNC for those fabrics. See our Why CNC section.
No, laser cutters are not suitable for this and that is why we have a CNC machine.
Yes, we can offer the service of digitizing your pattern, which you can reuse repeatedly.
